Administrative staff
In addition to the possibility of booking rooms as described for academic staff, administrative staff also have the possibility of viewing and directly reserving certain meeting rooms on campus. The system is accessible using their SWITCH edu-ID. One or more bookable rooms have been assigned to each service according to a defined list.
