Creation and management of newsletters

A number of organisational units at USI communicate news and events to the academic community through newsletters: newsletter.usi.ch.

Institutes and services that need to communicate on a regular basis (at least 4 times a year) to their target audience can request a dedicated newsletter through the following form:

www.desk.usi.ch/en/request-new-newsletter

or request a new account for an existing newsletter using the following form:

www.desk.usi.ch/en/request-new-newsletter-account

Once the purpose and content of the newsletter have been agreed upon with the Institutional Communication Service ([email protected]), the USI Web Service ([email protected]) will develop a template incorporating the graphic elements and layout required to comply with the USI corporate design. The heading can be customised, while the structure/layout of the newsletter will be organised on pre-set templates.
