Outside Professional Activities

Art 57 of the USI Statute states that "All USI employees must inform their employer annually of any Outside Professional Activities, regardless of the type of work they perform".

 

Who is EXEMPT from this obligation

The obligation to certify outside professional activities is waived for private lecturers, clinical practice instructors, lecturers with an annual contract, doctors who teach clinical practice, and all those whose primary academic affiliation is not USI, such as adjunct professors.

 

Who is subject to this obligation

All other staff, academic and administrative.

 

Procedure

 

1. Faculty and academic staff

​The certification shall be made through the relative form:

2. Professors at the Faculty of Biomedical Sciences whose main employer is not USI / freelancers

Professors at the Faculty of Biomedical Sciences, who work at USI through a contract of employment concluded with another organisation or who are self-employed shall fill out an ad hoc form.
